Data protection code of 30th June 2003 no. 196


Disclosure according to § 13 of the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 and subsequent amendments and completions.

In accordance with § 13 of the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 we INFORM that SÜDblick Touristik of B&W Management GmbH processes the personal data of clients and suppliers, who deliberately communicate their particulars (per telephone, fax or email) to our office, commercial representatives or the management. The same is valid for the data of people, which have been taken by thirds, for instance with the entry of external data for commercial information, public directories etc; in the latter case there are concerned only personal data of common/general type.


In the context of the legal regulations SÜDblick Touristik of B&W Management GmbH guarantees that personal data are processed with special regard to the fundamental rights and freedoms and to the dignity of the person affected with reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right of privacy protection.


Goals and purposes of the data processing:


  • fulfillment of legal obligations
  • fulfillment of possible contractually obligations towards the person affected
  • fulfillment of activities regarding our business activity such as completing internal statistics, issuing invoices, bookkeeping for clients and suppliers etc
  • business goals such as sending business information and publicity material (per mail, fax and email), marketing and market studies
  • protection of claims and administration of liabilities
  • goals with regard to insurances, in particular credit insurances


With regard to the aforementioned goals and purposes your personal data will be passed on if required:


  • to public administrations and authorities if provided by law
  • to credit institutions with business connections to our company as regards the administration of claims/liabilities and financing negotiating
  • to all natural and/or legal, public and/or private people (legal and administrative offices, tax consultants, courts, chambers of commerce etc) if it is necessary or useful for our activity and if it corresponds to the aforementioned goals and purposes.


Data are processed with or without electronic, but in any event automatic means and the processing includes all for the concerned data processing necessary actions according to § 4, paragraph 1 (a) of the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003. At any rate data are processed in compliance with all security measures, which guarantee security and confidentiality.


The data protection code grants the person affected the possibility to exercise certain rights in accordance with § 7. In particular he has the right to know which personal data the holder has and to get information, whether or not data on him exist, even if they haven’t been saved yet; furthermore he has the right to get further details in an understandable form about these data, their origin and the purpose of their processing, as well as details about the holder and the person responsible for the processing and people and categories of people, who possibly could receive these data. The person affected has the right to confirm and to check his data, to correct and to complete them, as well as to apply for deleting, blocking or converting the data into anonymous ones, if the processing contravene legal regulations and if it is feasible. With a legitimate reason he has the right to refuse to comply with the processing of his data – in parts or completely – and to demand their cancellation, blocking or transformation into anonymous information; without legitimate reason this is possible if the data are used for purposes of commercial information, for sending publicity material, for direct selling, for market or public opinion research.


If these regulations should be incomplete, so there are applied the current legal regulations. Translations in other languages of these data protection code simply serve as information. In case of doubt the German version is valid in the context of the legal regulations.
